The Homewood Senior Center offers a variety of programs, facilities and services to our Senior population. Some of the amenities available at the Center include a fitness room, lunch program, computer lab, kitchen, arts & crafts room, game room and much more. Programs include dance classes, board games, arts & crafts, entertaining performances and exercise classes. Educational programs include weekly computer coaching and periodic lectures/presentations on history, finances, safe driving, health and writing.

Senior Center and Park All Purpose Membership:
Homewood Senior Single Resident: $30 Per Year
Homewood Senior Couple: $55 Per Year
Non-Resident Senior Single: $60 Per Year
Non-Resident Senior Couple: $100 Per Year

Senior Center Only Membership:
Homewood Senior Single Resident: $25 Per Year
Homewood Senior Couple Resident: $42 Per Year
Non-Resident Senior Single: $50 Per Year
Non-Resident Senior Couple: $84 Per Year

Senior Center Facility Rental Rates

(All rentals rates are based on 5 hours)
Auditorium: Residents   $250.00     Non – Residents  $500.00
Card Room: Residents   $75.00       Non – Residents  $125.00
Kitchen: $50.00 Flat fee regardless of residency

Rental Deposit: $100.00 damage deposit is required for use of electronic equipment and there is a $100.00 cleaning fee if the area is left unclean.
