SENIOR CENTER MEMBERSHIP

This membership includes all access to the Senior Center. This is available for Homewood and Non-Homewood residents. This membership includes access to all amenities and member-only classes that take place at the Senior Center. One family member must be minimum of 55 years of age to be considered for this membership.


COSTS

$25 1st member - Homewood Resident

$17 per additional household member - Homewood Resident


$50 1st member - Non-Homewood Resident

$34 per additional household member - Non-Homewood Resident


*Members "per household" definition: Homewood Parks & Recreation Board defines a household as two adults (23+ years of age) (2nd adult must be spouse and/or partner of 1st adult) and dependent children age 22 & under residing in the same household. Children three years & under are free of charge but will be issued a membership card for admittance to facilities.

RENEW IN-PERSON

After your 12 month contract expires, you can renew this membership in-person at the Senior Center (816 Oak Grove Rd.) or the Business Office at the Homewood Community Center (1632 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209), Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm. Cash, credit /debit card and checks are accepted. *Annual payment option only.


You will need one of the following to prove residency when you come in-person:

  • current lease agreement
  • current property tax notice
  • current utility bill to prove residency


NEW MEMBERSHIPS

New memberships can be created in-person at Senior Center (816 Oak Grove Rd.) or the Business Office at the Homewood Community Center (1632 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209) Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm. Cash, credit /debit card and checks are currently accepted. *Annual payment option only.
